MARK P. GRUNDMAN

Mr. Grundman was admitted to the California State Bar in 1989. From 1989 to 1992, he practiced in the areas of insurance defense for motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, insurance subrogation, workers’ compensation defense, and trial litigation.

From 1992 to 2023, Mr. Grundman has been the managing partner of his own law firm, which specializes in the areas of applicant’s workers’ compensation, plaintiff’s civil litigation including motor vehicle accidents, slip, and fall accidents, construction accidents and busy trial practice before the California Superior Courts.

Mr. Grundman has tried over 100 cases in the past 30 years before the California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, written numerous appeals to the higher courts and has been appearing before the Oakland, Walnut Creek, and San Francisco WCAB courts for over 30 years. Mr. Grundman is a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, Class of 1988. He obtained a B.A. from the University of California, at Berkeley.

Ms. Deane was admitted to the California State Bar in 1986. From 1986 through 1999, she practiced in the areas of civil litigation, products liability, personal injury, legal malpractice, business litigation, real estate litigation, intellectual property, and insurance defense law. For the last 16 years, from 2007 to 2023, Ms. Deane has specialized in the areas of the applicant’s worker’s compensation, plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, and labor law cases. Ms. Deane has been practicing civil litigation law in California for over 25 years. 

Ms. Deane has extensive trial and appellate experience in the California State and Federal Courts. She has tried a two-week jury trial in the Los Angeles Superior Court. She has tried numerous criminal court trials in California State Courts. She has extensive law and motion experience in both State and Federal Courts.
Ms. Deane has represented numerous small and large corporations and financial institutions in intellectual property matters, real estate matters and contract disputes.

Ms. Deane is a graduate of the University of San Francisco Law School, Class of 1985. She obtained a B.A. from University at California, at Berkeley.
